Use Clear Search Button
Be sure to click on the Clear Search button between searches. This will remove any text entered in the Search box, as well as reset all filter boxes to "any." Failure to do this may result in no found images due to the combination of criteria set for the search.
How do I find an image in the Photo Library?
Images can be found in the Photo Library by entering a keyword in the Search box and/or making a selection from any one or combination of filter boxes (Customer/Market, Product/Service, Tradename, Region, etc.).
What if I cannot find an image in the Photo Library?
If the Photo Library is not returning any search results, make sure your search is not too specific or limiting. For example, if you’ve entered a keyword in the Search box and selected a specific Customer/Market from the filter box, it’s possible that no images meet this combination of criteria. Try either removing the keyword in the Search box or resetting the Customer/Market filter box to “any.”
There is also a "Clear Search" button that will remove any text entered in the Search box, as well as reset all filter boxes to "any." If you continue to have problems locating an image, contact Debbie Bauer at 610-481-8061 or bauerda@airproducts.com.
